In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Appointments: Please call us at (432) 683-3001 to check-in when you arrive for your appointment.A member of our staff will meet you outside guide you and your pet into the building. Note, we are only allowing one client inside the hospital per pet.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up for Exams & Boarding: Please call when you arrive, and our staff will retrieve or return your pet to you in the parking lot.
Medication Procedures: We are able to accommodate pharmacy refills via curbside pickup. We will let you know when your medication can be picked up and ask that you call when you arrive.
Check Out Process: At the conclusion of your pet’s appointment you may check out at the front desk. If you are refilling medication, picking up or dropping off payment will be taken by a technician or over the phone.
